1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered at laebet, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines and rules issued from time to time.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

laebet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or passport, for compliance purposes. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3. Account Security and Password

You are fully responsible for the security of your laebet account login information. This includes the username and password used to access the account.

• Do not share your login information with anyone, including family members
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Notify the laebet support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access

laebet will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their account information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

laebet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour
• All deposits and withdrawals are subject to internal security checks
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit

laebet reserves the right to suspend or hold withdrawals for investigation purposes if there are signs of suspicious activity. All financial transactions are recorded and stored securely in our system.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by laebet are subject to specific terms and conditions set for each offer. The laebet welcome bonus offers a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received:

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Example: Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,700 → Wagering required RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000
• Bonus winnings may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been fully met
• laebet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is any abuse or attempt to manipulate the bonus system

The laebet VIP programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — the higher your VIP tier, the higher the cashback rate you are entitled to receive.

6. Game and Betting Rules

All games available on the laebet platform, including online slots, live casino and sports betting, have their own rules that must be followed. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Results produced by the Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed
• Any technical disruption during a game will be resolved in accordance with laebet's internal policy
• Sports bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed
• laebet reserves the right to void bets if there is a technical error or system abuse

7. User Conduct

laebet users must act responsibly and ethically when using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage
• Identity fraud or use of another person's information to register or log in
• Attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs in games
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses
• Any form of collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the laebet platform, including logos, graphic designs, text, software, games, brand names and marketing materials, is the property of laebet or the parties that have licensed it to us.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit any such materials for commercial purposes without written consent from laebet. Non-commercial personal use may be permitted within the limits stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

laebet operates under international licensing and makes every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly. However, we are not responsible for:

• Service interruptions arising from planned or unplanned system maintenance
• Losses resulting from valid game or betting outcomes
• Unstable internet connections on the user's end
• Transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators
• Data loss resulting from the user's own negligence

10. Account Termination

Users may close their laebet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all active bets will be settled and any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal.

laebet reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account without prior notice in circumstances such as fraud, breach of terms, or at the request of legal authorities. In such cases, the account balance may be held while an investigation is conducted.

11. Changes to Terms
